This Cookie Policy explains how Liann’s Cookie Co uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website.

They help websites function properly, remember certain preferences, understand how visitors use the website and, depending on the type of cookie, provide additional functionality.

2. How we use cookies

Our website is hosted and operated using Wix. Wix and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to help our website function and to provide certain features and services.

We may use cookies for purposes including:

Essential functionality – to allow our website and its features to work correctly.
Security – to help protect our website, customers and transactions.
Preferences and functionality – to remember certain settings and improve your experience.
Analytics – to help us understand how visitors use our website and improve its content and functionality.
Marketing and advertising – where applicable and where you have provided the required consent.

3. Essential cookies

Some cookies are necessary for our website to function. These may be used for things such as:

Keeping the website secure
Processing orders and payments
Maintaining your shopping cart
Enabling forms and other website features
Remembering necessary website settings

Because these cookies are necessary for the website to operate, they may be used without consent where permitted by law.

4. Analytics and other non-essential cookies

Where we use non-essential cookies, such as analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent where required by law.

These cookies may help us understand things such as:

How visitors find and use our website
Which pages are visited most frequently
How our website performs
How we can improve the experience for customers

We will not use non-essential cookies where consent is required unless you have provided that consent.

5. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit our website, you may be presented with a cookie banner or consent tool allowing you to manage your cookie preferences.

You can choose whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies where the relevant consent options are available.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling certain cookies may affect how our website functions.

6. Cookies used by Wix

Because our website is hosted using Wix, Wix may place cookies and similar technologies on your device.

The cookies used can change as Wix updates its services, website functionality and security systems.

For more information about cookies used by Wix, please see Wix's own information about cookies and privacy.

7. Third-party cookies

Some features or services available through our website may be provided by third parties. These providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

This may include services involved in:

Other third-party website functionality

The use of these cookies is subject to the relevant third party's own privacy and cookie policies.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy
